PROJECT SUMMARY |
|
Brief description of the project and main objectives |
This project supports the Turkish government in its efforts to develop an early warning and response system (EWRS) to detect, assess, report and respond to health events and public health risks (hazards of infectious, chemical, radio-nuclear or unknown origin) in line with the International Health Regulations (IHR) and the EU communicable disease surveillance system acquis. This project aims to develop a more efficient early warning and response system (EWRS) for Türkiye to comply with acquis communautaire and to operate under the IHR.
