Horizon Europe Climate, Energy, Mobility and Digital, Industry, Space Clusters Introductory Event was held
An online introductory event hosted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, on Horizon Europe Program Climate, Energy, Mobility And Digital, Industry, Space clusters convened on 4 May 2021, in collaboration with TÜBİTAK, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and Digital Transformation Office.
Following the opening speeches delivered by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Deputy Minister of Environment and Urbanization Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Birpınar, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Dr. Alparslan Bayraktar, President of Digital Transformation Office Dr. Ali Taha Koç and President of TÜBİTAK Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, detailed information on Horizon Europe Program and Climate, Energy, Mobility and Digital, Industry, Space Clusters 2021 calls was provided by TÜBİTAK national contact points.
In 2021, a total of 3,2 billion Euros was allocated for the calls in these two clusters of the Horizon Europe Program which aims to mitigate climate change, promote digital and green transformation and making Europe first carbon neutral continent by 2050.
