The Opening Conference of the “Supporting Registered Employment of Women through Promoting Educated Child-Caregivers (EDU-CARE)” was held
The Opening Conference of the “Supporting Registered Employment of Women through Promoting Educated Child-Caregivers (EDU-CARE)” was held on July 2, 2024, in Ankara, with the participation of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay.
Following the opening speeches of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security Prof. Dr. Lutfihak Alpkan, Deputy President of the Social Security Institution İsmail Ertüzün, and Chargé d'Affaires of the EU Delegation to Turkey Jurgis Vilcinskas, experts made presentations about the project and women employment.
In his speech, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, emphasized the importance of projects carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Social Security Institution under IPA, both in terms of their contribution to the EU harmonization process and their impact on women's employment.
