The 3rd Monitoring Committee of the Bulgaria-Türkiye Cross-border Cooperation Programme was held online
The Joint Monitoring Committee, the decision-making mechanism of the Bulgaria-Türkiye Cross-border Programme 2021-2027, for which the Directorate for EU Affairs is the National Authority, met online.
The third meeting was chaired by Yura Petkova Yordanova-Vitanova, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria and Serdar Öztürk, Deputy Director General of Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation from the Directorate for European Union Affairs.The meeting was also attended by key stakeholders from the region, including public institutions, local authorities and civil society organizations.
Following the opening speeches of Petkova Yordanova-Vitanova and Öztürk, the final stage of the evaluation process of the call for SMEs under the priority “A greener and low-carbon Europe” was discussed, as well as different technical details within the Programme.
