Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

This Project strengths the institutional capacity for alignment to EU Rural Development Policy.

The aims of the project are:

1)Turkish institutions can carry out the rural development policy of EU with the membership

2) Positive assessment for the alignment to rural development policy of EU in the Country Progress Report in 2010.

• The Managing Authority and the IPARD Agency institutional capacities are ready for the implementation of the IPARD agri-environmental measures.
• Strengthened institutional capacity of Managing Authority and IPARD Agency for the implementation of agri-environmental measures under IPARD.
• Raised awareness of related institutions and public on preparation and implementation of agri-environmental measures under IPARD.
