Directorate for EU Affairs Projects

The Department of Project Implementation acts as the lead organisation of the civil society sub-sector under IPA. It is responsible for carrying out relations with the EU, public institutions and CSOs; project programming and monitoring, consultation process with relevant stakeholders; general coordination of the projects and supporting the implementation processes.

Under NIPAC, the Department of Project Implementation carries out the ‘Programme Management’ duties for the projects funded under IPA III "annual programming" cycles.
