Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

The purpose of the project is to enhance the institutional capacity and implement, disseminate the by-law on Strategic Environmental Assessment throughout the country in line with SEA Directive 2001/42/EC.

Enhancing institutional capacity and expertise of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the relevant authorities on the first implementations of by-law on SEA.

Disseminating knowledge on the fundamentals of by-law on SEA to the national and local stakeholders.
