The project focuses on solving the problems encountered during the investigation, judgment and execution stages, it is aimed to improve the capacities of the institutions.

1) Developing the capacities of the institutions for drug addicted prisoners and convicts in execution institutions and perpetrators released under probation

2) Establishment of Monitoring and Integration System with the participation of institutions in the execution system

3) Training of judges and prosecutors on drug addiction

4) Preparing legal regulations on drug addiction
