It is the preparation of a strategy for alignment with the EU's legislation on the Common Market and the establishment of the necessary institutional capacity.

- Improving the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and related stakeholders in the context of the Common Agricultural Policy and the Common Market

- Developing a strategy that defines the steps, schedule and budget requirements to be taken in order to gradually adopt the EU legislation on the Common Market during the EU membership process
