Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

The project purpose is to improve further alignment with the EU acquis, enhance the capacity of the Turkish Patent Institute for better implementation and establishment of a constructive dialogue between the stakeholders.

• Elaboration of Turkish Legislation in view of further alignment with EU acquis
• Development of TPI’s capacities and functions with regard to EU best practice
• Improvement of implementation of EU acquis in the field of IP law
• Improvement in the decision making processes
