PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

Strengthening the effective implementation of Constitutional Court decisions in the field of human rights, increasing the awareness of  relevant stakeholders to the case law of the Constitutional Court and the individual complaints mechanism.

-Establishing a mechanism for monitoring the execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court in accordance with EU standards and practices and strengthen the monitoring of the stakeholder platform.

 Examining the systemic shortcomings of human rights law identified in the context of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court.

-Strengthening the cooperation of Turkish courts and relevant stakeholders with European counterparts.
