Strategic Plan

In accordance with the Law of Public Finance Management and Control, No:5018 (Article:9), and the regulation prepared by the The Undersecretariat of State Planning Organization (DPT), the legal framework of the implementation of strategic plan, covering five years period, in the public sector has been set up and the public organizations have been anticipated to prepare their strategic plans.

In this context, the strategic plan, prepared by cooperation of all departments under coordination of Department of Strategic Development, was adopted for the period of 2009-2013.
