Brief description of the project and main objectives |
This Project improves penitentiary system in Türkiye in line with international and European prison standards.
The aim is to improve mental healthcare and drug addiction treatment services in prisons including development of sufficient approach models regarding early diagnosis, assessment and treatment of prisoners, in line with the Council of Europe minimum prison standards rules Rec (2006)2. |
