Brief description of the project and main objectives |
The project, which will be carried out by the Council of Europe through the Direct Grant agreement, aims to strengthen regional and mutual judicial cooperation in criminal matters and to ensure faster resolution of cross-border legal disputes. |

1) The establishment of a comprehensive and adequate Central Monitoring System for the flow of information between the EU and Türkiye 2) Organizing seminars for judges and prosecutors and other judicial staff 3) Ensuring that the Ministry of Justice is an effective point of contact for international cooperation 4) Organizing meetings for sharing experiences with the participation of foreign experts and public officials. |
