Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay attended the "European Union Scholarships for Higher Education Students (ESPS) Project Launch Event" organised by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay delivered a speech on 27 September 2023 at the "European Union Scholarships for Higher Education Students (ESPS) Project Launch Event" organised by Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.

In his speech, Ambassador Bozay emphasized the importance of this project and similar initiatives for increasing participation in higher education and informed about the scholarship opportunities provided by the EU in this field.

The SPS project aims to increase access to higher education for Turkish citizens, students under international protection and students under temporary protection in order to provide them with the necessary skills to become self-sufficient and thus contribute to Turkiye's economic growth and development.
