PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

This project strengthens mutual understanding and knowledge between Turkish Chambers and their counterparts in the EU. It promotes the integration of EU and Turkish business communities and ensures a stronger awareness of the opportunities and challenges of the accession of Türkiye to the EU in both sides.

The aim is to improve cooperation between Turkish and EU Chambers, thus enhancing the capacity of Turkish Chambers and their role in the EU accession process.

• Strengthened sustainable collaboration and mutual knowledge between Turkish and European Chambers.
• Increased capacity of Turkish Chambers to provide up-to-date services to their members.
• Increased capacity of Turkish Chambers to actively participate in the accession negotiation process.
• Better understanding by Turkish Chambers and companies of relevant EU legislation to improve the acquis implementation in Türkiye.
