PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

This project contributes to provide conscious, responsible citizens to the society, who are respectful to the rights of one another and sensitive about the protection of their physical environment

.

This projct aims to educate conscripts in military service on issues of human rights, gender equality, women’s and children’s rights, protection of the environment, general health care, legal empowerment and other relevant issues through web-based Internet Protocol TV (IP-TV) broadcasts, so as to make them responsible and sensitive individuals of the society.

Achievements / expected outputs

• Increased institutional capacity for the sustainable provision of knowledge, skills and awareness to around 10,000 conscripts per year on human rights, gender equality and women’s rights, children’s right, legal empowerment, protection of the environment and general health care to be achieved at the end of the Project
• Installation of Technical and IT infrastructure in place and fully operational to accommodate continuous education and training to conscripts on human rights, gender equality and women’s rights, children’s rights, legal empowerment, protection of the environment and general health care.
• Around 10,000 conscripts per year gained knowledge and skills for modern social life.
