- Reviewing the legal framework that regulates the functioning, structure and appeal process of the Court of Cassation

- Introducing new working procedures and tools in order to ensure a uniform application by taking into consideration the best practices in Europe

- Developing the quality of the training policy and program of the Court of Cassation, taking into account the best European practices
