Supporting women's participation in the labour force and registered employment of working women. |

Achievements / expected outputs |
- Raising the awareness of parents about having their children look after by trained child caregivers and employing child caregivers with insurance - Supporting the childcare sector by ensuring that educated child caregivers is at a decent level - Providing grant support to mothers who employ trained child care givers - Providing grant support to women who have received Ministry of Education certificate in the field of childcare - Making 3.700 certified child caregiver women able to find a job - Ensuring early 3,700 mothers at risk of withdrawal from the labour market due to their care responsibilities continue to participate in the labour market - Approximately 6,000 women have Child Care Course certificate approved by the Ministry of Education |
