The second Türkiye-EU Science, Research, Technology and Innovation High Level Dialogue Meeting was held in İstanbul

Türkiye-EU Science, Research, Technology and Innovation High Level Dialogue second meeting was held on 25 April 2024 İstanbul. The meeting was co-chaired by Fatih Kacır, Minister of Industry and Technology and Iliana Ivanova, Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. Elif Kurşunlu, Director General for Relations with the EU and Bülent Özcan, Director General for Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation from Directorate for EU Affairs participated in the meeting.

 During the meeting, views were exchanged under the headings of science, technology and innovation policies, green and digital transformation, development of innovation ecosystems and a joint press release was adopted. In the meeting also, Prof. Dr. Rana Sanyal, winner of the EIC-EIT European Women Innovators, was presented the award by EU Commissioner Iliana Ivanova.
