Second Call for Proposals under the Black Sea Basin Programme has been launched

The Applicants Pack for the 2nd Call for proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 and its annexes have been published. The deadline of the applications is 31st of January 2019, 14:00.
