PACE Project Call for Proposals Launched
Within the framework of Participatory, Inclusive and Green Recovery for Local Public Services in the Earthquake-Affected Region (PACE) Project, Call for Proposals has been launched on 1 December 2025, to support local projects that will contribute to the recovery efforts and long-term resilience of the 11 provinces (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa) affected by the 6 February 6 2023 earthquakes.
Call for Proposals is open to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Business Support Organisation (BSOs) (e.g. business associations, chambers of commerce and industry, business incubators, co-working spaces, science and technology parks, cooperatives and social entrepreneurship platforms), active in at least one of the 11 provinces in the earthquake affected region. Potential applicants to the call are expected to collaborate with local authorities, including metropolitan, provincial, and district municipalities, as well as provincial special administrations.
Within the scope of grant programme, around 40 projects will be supported with grants amounting minimum 50.000 Euros and maximum 200.000 Euros. In evaluation of the proposals, applications targeting the most effected provinces of Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya as well as Islahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep will be prioritized.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 16 January 2026 at 18:00 hrs (local time).
