Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) 2025-27 Multi-annual Programming Studies

A meeting was held on 1 March 2024, under the chairmanship of the Head of Programming Department, Beyza Turan, with the participation of representatives of the European Commission and the EU Delegation to Türkiye, as well as representatives of the relevant Ministries and Institutions, regarding the multi-annual programming process of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III) 2025-27 programming years.

While the details of the process to be followed were discussed at the meeting, Commission and Delegation officials made statements on the issues put forward by the participants. The meeting was completed with the aim of continuing the work to be carried out regarding the multi-annual programming process and the schedule to be followed by clarifying it.
