Bulgaria – Turkey Cross-border Cooperation Programme Blue Growth Project Market event held in Edirne
Blue Growth Project Market event organized at Trakya University between 30 November-1 December under the “BLUEGROWTH COLLABs” project within the scope of the Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-border Cooperation Programme.
The event started with the opening speeches of Serdar Öztürk, Deputy General Manager of Project Implementation and Financial Cooperation, Directorate for EU Affairs, Prof. Dr. Erhan Tabakoğlu, Rector of Trakya University, and Hüseyin Kürşat Kırbıyık, Governor of Edirne and presentation made on the Blue Growth Project following the opening speeches.
In the continuation of the event, the project proposals on Blue Growth and Sustainable Development, Circular Economy and Water Systems, Innovation in Environment Protection, and Cross-border Waters and Pollutions were evaluated and successful project proposals awarded.
The event was organized by Trakya University and financed through the Interreg-IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-border Cooperation Programme.
