In line with the EU’s resource efficiency and climate action objectives, the project aims to improve investment opportunities for harnessing Türkiye’s offshore wind energy potential. In this context, it seeks to upgrade the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources’ preparations concerning tendering, contracting and competition in site selection and facility development processes to advanced international standards.
