PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

With the project, it is aimed to develop infrastructure and business network for SMEs in the health sector to increase competitiveness with joint R&D projects, technology transfer activities with universities, and the production of high technology / high value-added medical products. At the same time, it is planned to establish research infrastructures to develop treatment or preventive measures for viral (Covid-19 or its derivative epidemic diseases) or cancer-borne infectious diseases.

Achievements / expected outputs

  • Providing the most needed commercialization support in this field along with infrastructure support for R&D to SMEs and entrepreneurs conducting research on cancer and epidemic infectious diseases.
  • Providing support to entrepreneurs, SMEs and academic Spin-offs on laboratory infrastructure to improve their R&D studies in the field of cancer through the equipment to be purchased (laboratory devices, software, licenses, etc.)
  • Establishment and operationalization of the center
  • Providing training services to central staff and SMEs and realizing visibility activities
  • Establishing a Quality Management System (QMS) Model for SMEs in the field of health
  • Establishing and strengthening business and research partners
  • Incubation services
  • Clinical research, planning and regulation approval procedure support activities
