Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

This project promotes a balanced, environment-friendly, safer and sustainable transport systems

The aim is preparation of Combined Transport Regulation in parallel to strengthening the institutional capacity of Ministry of Transport, DGLT and relevant institutions responsible for implementing combined/intermodal transport related legislation.

Achievements / expected outputs

• The Human resource capacity of relevant institutions has been strengthened through workshops, trainings, site visits and internships.
• Combined Transport Regulation has been prepared in line with Council Directive 92/106.
• Development of a Strategy indicating policies to promote Intermodal transport in Türkiye considering the re-structuring administrative structure MoT as well.
