Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

This Project helps to implementation of the acquis communautaire in the field of Free Movement of Goods and protection of community health in accordance with the EU norms through capacity building of vaccine and sera quality control laboratory in Türkiye.

Medical Devices Agency - is ready to apply for accreditation in preparation for future designation as an Official Medicines Control Laboratory

Achievements / expected outputs

• Quality of the tests in line with the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicine (EDQM).

• BCRL (current MBPL) audited by EDQM, application for ISO 17025 certification submitted to Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK).

• A fruitful EU-Türkiye experts dialogue and networking mechanism created between EU and Turkish experts.
