Overall objective is to achieve measurable progress towards the full enjoyment of all fundamental rights and freedoms by all individuals without discrimination in all areas.

Project purpose is to increase the effectiveness of the Ombudsman Institution in the protection and promotion of human rights.

- The knowledge of Ombudsman Institution staff on best practices and experiences is improved through international cooperation via trainings, study visits and placements

- Level of awareness on the mandate and functioning of the Ombudsman Institution is enhanced both in public and administration.
