Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

Developing the capacity of auxiliary staff in the judiciary in line with European standards and establishing a sustainable education system in line with the best practices in the EU in order to increase efficiency in judicial processes.

- Developing an effective and sustainable pre-service training system for clerks

- Strengthening in-service training for auxiliary staff

- Development of performance tools for auxiliary staff

- Increasing the productivity of psychologists, pedagogues and social workers working in family and juvenile courts by determining the standards for the reporting system

- Determining ethical rules for judicial employees
