Increasing the efficiency of the training and internships of candidate judges and prosecutors in line with European standards in order to increase the independence, effectiveness and efficiency of the judiciary.

- Designing and implementing a new internship model based on the mentoring concept for judge and prosecutor candidates

- Selection and training of mentors and coordinators from 10 pilot courthouses
