The European Business Awards for the Environment Türkiye Programme Award Ceremony was held on 22 June 2015
The winners of the European Business Awards for the Environment Türkiye Programme (2013-2014 period) in the categories of management, process innovation, product/services was announced at the reward ceremony organized by the Regional Environmental Center Türkiye Office today (22 June 2015) at TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges) Ankara premises.
During his speech at the ceremony, Undersecretary of the Ministry for EU Affairs Rauf Engin Soysal expressed his expectation that those rewards would contribute significantly to the prestige of our companies in European markets and promote harmonization with EU’s environmental standards in Türkiye.
The European Business Awards for the Environment organized by the European Commission aims to recognize the outstanding success of companies that pioneer environment-friendly management practices and products. Companies from all 28 EU Member States and Türkiye as a candidate country carrying out accession negotiations can apply for the award.
To be eligible for the European Business Awards for the Environment at the EU level, companies must first succeed in their national award schemes.
