Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay had an online meeting with Gert Jan Koopman, Director General for Neighbourhood & Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission (DG NEAR) on 31 May 2024.

During the online meeting, concrete steps that could be taken in Türkiye-EU relations in the coming period were discussed and our expectations from the EU for further progress were emphasized.
