The seminar on “EU Legal, Institutional and Policy Affairs” was organized by Directorate for EU Affairs and European Institute of Public Administration
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay inaugurated the seminar on “EU Legal, Institutional and Policy Affairs” organized by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in collaboration with Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Directorate for EU Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye.
During his speech at the seminar, which was attended by experts working in the field of the European Union from various ministries and institutions including Turkiye National Agency, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure along with the EU Affairs Experts from Directorate for EU Affairs, Ambassador Bozay emphasized the importance of such training activities conducted with the purpose of enhancing the institutional capacity would contribute to the accession process and the progress made towards the alignment with the EU by the institutions involved in the accession process. Ambassador Bozay also expressed his gratitude to the EIPA and the representatives of Embasy of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for their collaboration and conveyed his best wishes for the success to the participants. Ms. Laura Lakaff, Deputy Head of Mission of Embasy of Grand Ducy of Luxembourg also delivered a speech to the participants.
On the second day of 2,5 days long seminar, a reception was hosted by Ambassador Bozay, which was attended by Ambassador Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, Head of EU Delegation, Angèle Da Cruz, Ambassador of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and other domestic and foreign guests.
On the final day of the seminar on “EU Legal, Institutional and Policy Affairs”, a lunch was hosted by Ambassador Angèle Da Cruz to the participants.
The seminar concluded with the issuance of certificates to the participants.
