The Monitoring and Steering Council of Horizon Europe was held under the co-chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı and President of Tübitak Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı and Director General for Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation Bülent Özcan attended the Second Meeting of the Horizon Europe Programme Monitoring and Steering Committee held on 1 November 2022.
Activities carried out and planned within the scope of the EU's research and innovation programme Horizon Europe and possible areas of improvements for the upcoming period were also discussed at the Board. Co-chairing the meeting, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that the Horizon Europe Programme had a share in the developments that Türkiye has made in the fields of research and innovation, and efforts to empower the bonds among the stakeholders will continue to remain among our priorities.
