Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with 2021-22 scholars and Turkish alumni of College of Europe on online
The online meeting was held in order to share the experiences of the alumni with the new 11 Turkish scholars who will be going to College of Europe very soon. This meeting also enabled the alumni to meet with each other and with the new scholars, which had a positive effect to improve their network.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı and also a former scholar emphasized the importance of the College of Europe scholarship program which gives a great chance to many students each year. He stated that until now 138 scholars benefited from the program and he aims to increase this number in the years to come.
Ambassador Kaymakcı wished good luck and success to 11 Turkish scholars in their academic careers at College of Europe and stated the importance of their existence at the College as if they were like diplomats in the EU.
