Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı participated in the ''EU Meetings with Youth'' Event Co-organized by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with the students and academicians in an online event entitled “EU Meetings with Youth” co-organized by the Directorate for EU Affairs and Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on 22 April 2022.

In the online event where Türkiye-EU relations and opportunities for the youth came along with Türkiye’s candidacy to the EU were discussed in detail, Deputy Minister Faruk Kaymakcı stated that Türkiye’s EU membership is too valuable to compare with any other country’s membership.

Deputy Minister of Foreign  Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı put a strong emphasis on self development of the youth, enhancing foreign language capacities and  working for all’s benefit. Within this scope, Deputy Minister Kaymakcı stated that, Erasmus+, Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme and College of Europe Scholarship Programmes are priceless opportunities.
