Türkiye Debates The Future of The EU! ''The Future of Europe and Türkiye'' Webinar Series Starts Today

Türkiye talks the future of the EU

The Webinar series entitled "The Future of Europe and Türkiye", co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Directorate for European Union Affairs, IKV and Istanbul University FUTUREU Jean Monnet Module will be held on 24 June 2021 between 10:00 and 12:00 in Türkiye, which is one of the most decisive countries on the Future of Europe.

Türkiye-EU relations will be discussed within the framework of identity, culture and values in a panel entitled "European Identity and Future of Europe" which will be held with the participation of academics and experts from Türkiye and other European countries.

On May 9, 2021, the EU has started the Conference on the Future of Europe with broader participation and various issues on the agenda. The Webinar series entitled "The Future of Europe and Türkiye” will continue with international panels debating the main issues in Türkiye-EU common agenda and related to the Future of Europe. The outcome of the Türkiye debates on the Future of Europe will expectedly be shared with the EU.
