Open Call for Proposals for the Second Group Grant Schemes under Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Türkiye-IV Project was published.
The second group call for proposals of the "Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Türkiye-IV” (CSD-IV) was announced on 27th February and 2nd March 2015. The second group call for proposals consists of three separate grant schemes, namely “Justice, Freedom and Security”, “Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services” and “Education”. The grant schemes have been launched as a continuation of previous civil society dialogue projects conducted by the Ministry for EU Affairs since 2008. Three grant schemes will be funded through a resource amounting to 3 million Euros.
*Under the “Justice, Freedom and Security” and “Education” Grant Schemes, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) associations; foundations; federations and confederations of associations or foundations in Türkiye; not-for-profit organisations in the EU Member States; and
*Under the “Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services” Grant Scheme, associations; foundations; federations and confederations of associations or foundations in Türkiye; not-for-profit organisations in the EU Member States; chambers, federations, confederations, unions, bars, trade and employers unions
will be given the opportunity to establish strong links and a high level cooperation between civil society in Türkiye and the EU Member States through civil society dialogue in the mentioned areas.
The applicants could prepare Civil Society Dialogue (CSD) projects; in the fields of immigration, asylum and human trafficking under the “Justice, Freedom and Security” Grant Scheme; in the field of collaboration improvement regarding the bilateral recognition of professional competency systems in the EU member states under the “Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services” Grant Scheme and in the fields of combatting with early school leaving, developing key competences for lifelong learning, improving teachers professional and pedagogical development, pre-school education and quality improvement in adult training under the Education Grant Scheme. Total amounts to be granted for each Grant Schemes are 1 million Euros each and the minimum amount to be granted for each grant project is 50.000 Euros and the maximum is 150.000 Euros.
In addition to these grant schemes, 3 additional grant schemes will be announced under CSD-IV, which are “Enterprise and Industrial Policy”, “Agriculture and Fisheries” and “Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments”.
These grant schemes are planned to be announced within up-coming days and to be open up till early June, 2015.
