Closing Meeting for the "Origination of Project Pipelines and Blending Operations for the European Fund for Sustainable Development (EFSD+) and Capacity Building" Project was held

Closing Meeting of the Project "Origination of Project Pipelines and Blending Operations for the European Fund for Sustainable Development (EFSD+) and Capacity Building" was held on 30 November 2023 in Ankara with the participation of Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs.

In his opening speech Ambassador Bozay stated that the investment projects of public and the private sector to be carried out with the international financial institutions in sustainable and innovative areas within the scope of the Türkiye Investment Platform mechanism will enable our country to achieve the goals of the EU membership process and make significant contributions to our sustainable development goals.

Within the scope of the project, of which the EU Delegation to Türkiye is the beneficiary and carried out in cooperation with the Directorate for EU Affairs as well as all relevant institutions and organizations, it is aimed to prepare effective project portfolios within the framework of our country's investment priorities compatible with the EU policy priorities, in order to take part in the Türkiye Investment Platform mechanism.
