Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı received Assistants to Members of the European Parliament (EP) within the scope of the cooperation between Economic Development Foundation (İKV) and EP Türkiye Forum at the Directorate for EU Affairs on 1 November 2018.

During the meeting, the current state of play and the future of Türkiye-EU relations, Türkiye’s expectations from the European Parliament, common agenda, financial cooperation, Facility for Refugees, visa liberalisation process, update of Türkiye-EU Customs Union and decisions taken at the Reform Action Group meeting held on 29 August 2018 were discussed in detail.
