Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı received Prof. Hasan Mandal, President of TUBITAK
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with Prof. Hasan Mandal, President of TUBITAK, on the 29th of January 2019 at the Directorate for EU Affairs.
At the meeting, European Union HORIZON 2020 Programme, which promotes cooperation in the fields of science, research and innovation across Europe, and effective utilization of IPA funds were on the agenda.
