Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı participated in the "Erasmus+ Talks"
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı participated in the “Erasmus+ Talks” which was organized by Turkish National Agency and Directorate for EU Affairs on 16 October 2020 within the scope of Erasmus Days.
Speaking at the online meeting, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that, owing to Erasmus+, 670.000 participants, including our citizens, have been reached in 16 years. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Kaymakcı said “Erasmus is the best investment for a stable Europe, free of borders and prejudices”.
Director of Turkish National Agency İlker Astarcı also attended the meeting and said “We appreciate efforts of our country to make Erasmus+ projects and we want to thank everyone. We have been working for education and youth for 16 years”.
Erasmus Days are celebrated by the Europe wide beneficiaries that have Erasmus+ projects, with events and social media sharings simultaneously in October every year.
