Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı participated in the “5th Year of Türkiye-EU Deal: Experiences & Predictions” webinar co-organised by Economic Development Foundation (IKV) and Research Centre on Asylum and Migration (IGAM) on 18 March 2021.
During the webinar, contribution of renewal of the 18 March Statement to a possible positive agenda between Türkiye and the EU was discussed. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that, 18 March was not only about migration but also fundemental dimensions of Türkiye-EU relations.
