Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı gave an interview to Daily Sabah Newspaper for it’s issue dated 1 January 2021.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that 2021 could be a year of normalization in Türkiye-EU relations and added that, Türkiye aimed to promote win-win relations, to find a fair solution to the Eastern Mediterranean crisis, to update the March 18 statement with all of its dimensions, including migration, carrying out reforms and bringing Ankara closer to the bloc.
