Call for Proposals for EU-Türkiye Climate Change Grant Programme (EU-TR CCGP)

The call for proposals for “EU-Türkiye Climate Change Grant Programme” to be implemented within the scope of IPA III period “EU Partnership for Local Climate Action in Türkiye Project”, the beneficiary of which is the Directorate of Climate Change, has been published.

The grant programme, which will be implemented with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), aims to improve and increase climate change adaptation and mitigation solutions planning and implementation at local level.

The total budget of the programme is 14.706.000 Euros. At least 250.000 Euros and up to 750.000 Euros grant support will be provided to the projects jointly developed by municipalities, local authorities, universities, research institutions/centres, development agencies, non-governmental organizations, non-profit unions/cooperatives, chambers and professional organizations.

The grant application deadline is 16 December 2024 and applications must be made to Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations, Department of EU Investments.
