Future Decision-Makers Discuss EU Institutions
Over three hundred students from different countries will discuss key issues of the European Union at the Middle East Technical University (METU) in EUROsimA 2011, which is supported by the Secretariat General for EU Affairs (EUSG) within the scope of Türkiye's European Union Communication Strategy (EUCS).
"EUROsimA 2011", a simulation of the European Union institutions, is organised by the Middle East Technical University Foreign Policy and International Relations Club for the 7th time this year. Both the Turkish and foreign students, who attend EUROsimA, will have the opportunity to practice their theoretical knowledge as well as to familiarize themselves with the EU decision-making mechanisms.
METU's "EUROsimA 2011", held between 28 April - 1 May 2011, will take up a wide range of themes from environment to consumer rights, global financial crises to common foreign and security policy. After the Conference, the participants will pay a visit to Cappodicia between 2 - 3 May 2011.
