The Opening Event of the Project ''Strengthening of an Integrated Strategic Approach to Increase Efficiency and Productivity of IPA Funds during the third period (2021-2027)''

The Opening Conference of the project “Strengthening of an Integrated Strategic Approach to Increase Efficiency and Productivity of IPA Funds during the third period (2021-2027)” of which the Directorate for EU Affairs is the beneficiary institution under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) was held as a hybrid event on 7 July 2021. The opening speeches of the event, hosted by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk KAYMAKCI, were made by both the Deputy Minister KAYMAKCI and the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye Ambassador Nikolaus MEYER-LANDRUT. In the event the IPA III period covering the years 2021-2027 was presented, the project “Strengthening of an Integrated Strategic Approach to Increase Efficiency and Productivity of IPA Funds during the third period (2021-2027)” was introduced, the scope of the Strategic Response Document which includes a plan of how our country will use IPA III financial funds, and the Public Consultation Process regarding the Strategic Response Document were presented, and two workshops were held on “Programming of 2021-2022 financing years of IPA III” and “Project Implementation and Tendering Preparations”.
