Horizon 2020 Green Deal Call Introductory Meeting for Municipalities was held

Horizon 2020 Green Deal Call Introductory Meeting was co-organized by the Union of Municipalities (TBB),  the Directorate for EU Affairs and  the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) was held online with the participation of majors and Project offices of various municipalities.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for European Union Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor and Union of Municipalities President  Fatma Şahin and TÜBİTAK Director Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal pointed out to the strategic importance of Türkiye’s participation in  Horizon 2020 and green and smart transformation of cities also encoraged municipaliyies to apply for Green Deal call.
