Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı Paid a Visit to Kosovo
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı paid a visit to Kosovo to attend the celebrations of 23 April National Day of Kosovo Turks.
Within the scope of his visit, Deputy Minister Ambassador Kaymakcı first met with Ramush Haradinaj, the Prime Minister of Kosovo.
Deputy Minister Kaymakcı had also separate meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Enver Hoxhaj, Minister of Public Administration Mahir Yağcılar, the Minister of EU Integration of Kosovo Dhurata Hoxha. During the meetings, bilateral relations, Türkiye and Kosovo’s relations with the EU and regional developments were discussed in detail.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that we have a common history and future with the Balkans and Türkiye supports Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic integration process.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı also visited the tomb of Sultan Murat in Kosovo.
